ASSESSMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS

Lockbox or Mail:

Owners may make payments by check or money order to the lockbox located outside the Welcome Center, or they may mail their payments to the lockbox at:

Important Considerations: Checks must be made payable to "Dakota Dunes Community Association" or DDCA. Payments must reference the account number or include the payment coupon in order to be applied to the correct account.

Automatic Payments:

Your Appfolio Homeowner Account provides you with the ability to set up auto-payments directly from your computer or phone. 

Please contact the Association Office at (605) 232-2035 or via email at ca@dakotadunes.com. if you would like a link to set up your secure Owner Portal. This will come to you via text and/or email. Please follow the instructions on how to download the Appfolio App and set up your account.

From your portal, Appfolio offers the following options:

• eCheck (fee is applied during transition) Enter your routing and account numbers to pay directly from your checking or savings account.
• Credit or Debit Card- Use your debit or credit card to pay your assessments, or any other charges through the secure Homeowner Portal. An online convenience fee applies and is based on your account charges.
